LISHUN's acrylic-coated blackout fabric utilizes a 210g/m² high-density polyester base fabric (warp density 132 yarns/cm²) precision-coated with a patented water-based acrylic resin via a double-roller coating, achieving a 99.5% light-blocking rate and 45dB sound insulation. The coating has a thickness of 0.08mm±0.005mm and is certified for EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 fire resistance and ISO 105-B04 UV resistance level 5. It remains flexible in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. The surface is treated with microsphere matte treatment, achieving a diffuse reflectivity of 92%, effectively eliminating light spots. Material Composition Analysis (Water-Based Acrylic Coating)
The base material is 100% 150D polyester filament (68% crystallinity), and the coating utilizes a self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion (52% solids content). The carboxyl groups on the molecular chain crosslink with metal ions to form a three-dimensional network, achieving a hardness of 3H (ASTM D3363) while maintaining an elongation at break of 200% (ISO 527-3). The microporous structure (pore size 0.2-0.5μm) achieves a moisture permeability of 0.35g/m²·h·Pa (JIS L1099), eliminating the heat-sucking issue associated with traditional coatings.
