Unlike standard flat weaves, our flocking process applies millions of fine polyester fibers to the base fabric. This creates a multi-layered surface that effectively scatters sunlight and provides a rich, opaque finish that is soft to the touch but tough against the wind.

Specially treated for outdoor longevity, the fibers are bonded with high-grade adhesives that resist humidity and temperature fluctuations. The 100% polyester base ensures the fabric won't shrink or stretch when exposed to varying outdoor conditions.

The dense flocking layer acts as a thermal buffer, significantly reducing the temperature underneath your gazebo during peak summer hours. It provides a cool, shaded sanctuary by blocking the majority of solar radiation.

Outdoor structures often require large, continuous panels. Our 280cm width allows for floor-to-ceiling coverage without vertical seams, ensuring a more luxurious appearance and easier installation for commercial or residential gazebos.

We use UV-stabilized dyes in the flocking process to ensure that your gazebo curtains maintain their vibrant color even after prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, preventing the "washed-out" look common in low-quality outdoor textiles.
