It's a blend of 55% high-density polyester, 30% sound-insulating cotton, and 15% polyester fiber, boasting a 320-ton weave and a dense, thick texture. In addition to B1-level fire resistance and IPX4 water resistance, its core advantage lies in its acoustic treatment, which reduces noise by 30-40 decibels while providing 90% sunshade and 85% light shielding. It's suitable for use in offices, conference rooms, recording studios, and other locations with stringent soundproofing requirements. Material Composition Analysis (High-Density Polyester)
This fabric is composed of 55% high-density polyester, a core component. Its fiber density reaches 1.38g/cm³, 20% higher than standard polyester, effectively enhancing the fabric's firmness and providing a foundation for sound insulation. The high-density structure allows sound waves to be reflected multiple times between the fibers, attenuating them and improving sound insulation. Furthermore, its high strength, with an elongation at break of 30%, makes the fabric stretch-resistant and durable. It also exhibits excellent dimensional stability, shrinking ≤1% after washing, maintaining its original shape and ensuring stable sound insulation performance, making it an ideal material for acoustic curtain fabrics.

Where acoustic and visual privacy are important, our acoustic roller blind fabric blocks sound and light from adjacent corridors or spaces. It features a horizontal linear weave with a 1% openness, allowing some light in but not allowing people to see inside. The fabric is also engineered to diffuse and absorb sound at the same time, giving it a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.51 – double the performance compared to standard window fabrics.
This shade and motor kit can be integrated into any existing automation system using either line-voltage or low-voltage motors. Of course, it is also available in a free-standing configuration as well.
